" Main Street Charlotte 1890-1920" this amazing look at wonderfully restored photographs of Charlotte's Downtown was made possible by the talents of Rod Weaver. With many never before seen photos from the museum's, genealogies and several private collections; this look into our past is truly a treasure to see!

National Register Of Historic Places

Courthouse Square Association and the City of Charlotte are so excited to announce our community’s nomination to the National Historic Register. We would like to thank Bill Rutter and the Michigan State Preservation Office for all their work in making this happen. We would like to help facilitate any property owner located within the Historic District to purchase a sign highlighting your properties history. The signs are manufactured by Dornbos Sign Company at a very reasonable rate. Please contact us at csamuseum@yahoo.com or 517-543-6999 if you have any questions.
